Image via WikipediaYesterday I saw Whales Off Byron Bay heading north towards the Great Barrier Reef. I was surfing my old local surf break the Rivermouth at Suffolk park with a close friend when he said "Look there's a whale!"And yes, to my amazement there was a large pod about 100 metres off the beach!
There was some amazing breaches and tail slaps!
Yes, there were plenty of dolphins in the water too!
What a day! Whales, dolphins and some surf too!
